Douglas Shand

Graduated from The Robert Gordon University with a Higher National Diploma in Architectural Technology. Douglas gained 10 years of valuable experience working for some of the most well renowned architectural practices in North East Scotland. From a farming background originally, Douglas has a keen interest in agriculture. He indentified a gap in the market for the design of agricultural buildings and in 2007 he launched Shand Building Design.

Douglas’s main role for the company is the design of agricultural buildings, new dwelling houses and steading conversions.
